摘要
Electrochromic devices are soon to become an everyday part of your life. In the near future they can appear in such diverse applications as road signs and sun glasses. Electrochromic devices will be used when there is a need to adjust the transmission of light while still be able to see through the window or to show a changing message that need to be read from various angles. The research today is working with such issues as improving the lifetime of devices, improving the contrast ratio and increasing the switching speed. There is also a search for new and better materials that can give improved properties to the devices.
