摘要
The issue of connection management between RFID reader and client is very important issue for real-time or periodic monitoring in smart cold chain application using sensor equipped RPM tags. In smart cold chain, because RFID reader usually is equipped in moving trailer, the communication session between RFID reader and client is connected by unstable wireless communication media such as cellular network or wireless LAN, so that efficient connection management algorithm should be implemented. But the connection management is performed by either RPM reader or client, in nomadic environment by moving trailer. The RPM reader initiated connection is efficient .We propose RPM reader initiative connection management algorithm using LLRP keepalive of EPC-Vobal standard.
