摘要：
A large pericardial mass, which was found to be a perivascular epithelioid cell tumor, was excised from a 20-year-old man. To our knowledge, this is the first report of this distinctive neoplasm as a pericardial mass. (C) 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
