摘要
CAD/CAPP/CAM integration is a key technique in computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). This paper discusses the integrated platform technique based on STEP in framework MACIP. A consistent product model has been obtained by making an application protocol according to STEP, and sub-systems operate on this model by calling the application program interface provided by the framework to achieve product data exchange and sharing. Client and server SDAI operations are introduced to meet the requirement of distributed computing.
