An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Enterprise Capital Structure and Achievement Performance of Public Utility in China

This paper. based oil the Public utility's enterprise data of listing company's A share in china as samples, conducts all empirical study on the relevant influence of capital structure on enterprise's achievement performance from the perspective of public utility's capital structure,e,. It is found that prominent relationship exists between equity concentration ratio of public utility listing company and enterprises' achievement performance while prominent relationship does not exist between state share ratio and enterprises' achievement performance. Besides. debt ratio and dimension of assets exert different influences on the index of enterprises' achievement performance. Moreover, this paper further explores the reason and the solution for improvement according to public utility's operation features.
