摘要：
Ultrasound vibration was able to atomize the bulk RDX solution into very tiny liquid droplets and RDX particles were formed in the hot furnace tube. As experimental variables, solvents, RDX concentrations and furnace temperatures were taken. The prepared RDX particles analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that size of RDX particles with nearly oval shape was about 0.5-2 mu m.
