摘要：
Being a kind of business notion and mode, the development of E-commerce has had some twists and turns, but the effects and functions have been extended increasingly. In a view of a long time, E-commerce is an inevitable trend of traditional business way. With the development of the new trade way, the financial risk that the company must face might has been changed. This paper wants to discuss the financial risk under E-commerce business mode, and puts forward some precaution measures.
