摘要：
Clean thiolysis reaction of various epoxides in ionic liquids (ILs) without the use of any catalyst generates beta-hydroxy sulfides in excellent yields ( 83 - 98%) with high regioselectivity and chemoselectivity under mild reaction conditions.
