摘要
Urban public transport is an important infrastructure which is closely related to the people's life. There are many factors that need to be considered when evaluating the quality of public transport service, and it is difficult to describe in a quantitative way. In order to improve the service quality of city bus system, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction evaluation index. Considering the preference of evaluation experts and the uncertainty of evaluating information, the quality of public transport services is evaluated by fuzzy soft set. The example shows that this method is consistent with the process of thinking and can be satisfied with the evaluation results.
