摘要：
Heritage is the witness of social development and the embodiment of human civilization. Numerous heritages have become important tourism attractions. The issue of tourism exploitation and heritage safeguarding is a subject of heated and complex debate in the field of tourism; sometimes tourism and heritage make contributions to each other, but sometimes they are incompatible. This study explored tourism exploitation from perspectives of tangible culture heritage and intangible culture heritage; it attempted to seek a proper resolution for tourism exploitation and heritage safeguarding, so as to ensure the sustainable development of cultural heritage tourism.
