摘要：

With the rapid development of social and economic level, new media technology has gradually integrated into people's lives nowadays. The application of new media in contemporary college students is more extensive, which also makes school education face a new environment. Fast application mode and convenient information exchange are very popular among college students. However, in this new media environment, the mental health of college students has also caused a lot of negative effects. Mental health education in Colleges and universities is facing difficulties from the development of new media technology. Therefore, it is urgent to innovate the mode of university mental health education. This article will explore this issue in depth, hoping to help mental health education in Colleges and universities.
