摘要
To strengthen the risk management of software project effort, a software effort buffer model was proposed. A new effort buffer calculation model based on analysis of risk driving factors was presented by the application of schedule buffer into software effort management area. And then a computation experiment was carried out to compare the application result of the established models with an actual project. The results show that this model could effectively improve software project effort management efficiency and its success rate.
