摘要
In this paper, through the research methods of restricted skeletal muscle blood flow in healthy adults' both lower extremities combined the exercise training intensity of 60% VO2 max, and observe the change of SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, and T-AOC before and after the experiment, we study the impact of reduced blood flow to antioxidant capacity of skeletal muscle in the motion state. The observations show that restricted 20% of blood flow combined with exercise training intensity of 60% VO2 max can improve the body's antioxidant capacity; however, restricted blood flow more than 30% takes the opposite effect.
