Quasiparticle relaxation kinetics in Sb point-contacts

摘要：
High frequency point-contact spectroscopy measurements of Sb contacts were performed at frequencies ranged between 3x10(3) and 8x10(10) Hz. It was shown that the background signal in the point-contact spectra is mainly contributed by multiphonon relaxation of electrons rather than by reabsorption of nonequilibrium phonons, The high frequency results for the contacts with inverse spectra were treated within the model of spatial localization of the electronic states.
