摘要：

Equity, justice and a harmonious society are what humans pursue at all time. They are also the measuring standards of social civilization and development. The construction of a socialist harmonious society is to realize social equity and justice. A harmonious society not only is established on the bases of equity and justice but also but also makes the protection of equity and justice its prerequisite.
