摘要
A new cosmological theory based on the assumption that all four spacetime metrics expand, predicts that the planets slowly spiral toward the Sun while accelerating. This would result in a difference between dynamic time as defined by the planetary motions and atomic time. The Expanding Spacetime Theory is presented together with observational evidence for this effect.
