摘要：
A 47-year-old woman with human immunodeficiency virus infection and pulmonary hypertension developed ciliochoroidal effusion with exudative retinal detachment. The unusual biphasic pattern of her ocular condition suggests a multifactorial pathogenesis, including both inflammatory and hydrodynamic factors.
