Distributed supervisory control has been proposed in the literature to handle logic supervisory control issues. Nevertheless, it has not been applied in performance oriented control. In this paper we propose a coordinated distributed supervisory control paradigm aiming to achieve a finite makespan. In this framework component models are nondeterministic mainly due to the need of applying model abstraction, which usually creates a nondeterministic transitionally structure. Nevertheless, requirements and the final supervisor are deterministic to facilitate implementations. We first present a statement of finitemakespan coordinated distributed supervisory control problem, then present algorithms for local synthesis and coordinator construction via model abstraction.
