摘要：

Combining with the characteristics of hi-tech enterprise and venture capital, the paper analyses their collaboration motivation reasons, such as capital-absorb capability, high investment return and value added after collaboration, etc. In the meanwhile, in order to realize their collaboration, the paper designs collaboration mechanism from such aspect as financing, law, taxation, and so on. Through the above analysis, we hope it will play an important role in promoting their collaboration.
