Simultaneous Strain and Temperature Measurement Using Compact Core-Offset Inter-Modal Interferometer With Embedded Fiber Bragg Grating

摘要
A new sensor for simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature based on core-offset inter-modal interferometer with an embedded FBG is proposed. The strain and temperature resolutions are +/- 23.76 mu epsilon and +/- 0.39 degrees C, respectively.
