摘要：

Since environment changes rapidly and become more complicated, every enterprise may encounter kinds of crises. It is important that enterprise should construct Crisis Management (CM) system to prevent or alleviate the damage crises bring about. After deeply discussing typolog of crisis and strategy of CM, this paper believes that there are certain mapping relations between the type of crisis and CM strategy. A CM system has then been put forward using CBR technology to mining the mapping relations for supporting the practices of CM.
