摘要
The paper proposes to apply a neuro-fuzzy controller in telecommunication networks for call admission control enabling congestion avoidance in W-CDMA networks. A structure of the neuro-fuzzy controller has been proposed. Input and output linguistic variables, their terms as well as membership functions have been developed. Also, a rule base of the controller has been suggested. Functioning of the neuro-fuzzy controller has been simulated and trained.
