摘要
In order to realize the utilization with of forest resources, uphold the owner interests, accelerate forestry enterprise by transferring the economic growth manner, and hold the rapid, healthy, and harmonious development of forestry economy in China, the author explores the evaluating methods of forest resources. Based on GIS and the dynamic simulation, the dynamic evaluating system models of forest assets were established. These models included the structure of forest resources and the dynamic simulation, forest price matrix, the value model of forest assets and the application of GIS to the forest assets evaluation.
