摘要：
With the continuous progress of the integration of information technology and English teaching course under the network environment, the traditional teaching mode cannot meet to listening teaching resources requirement, Web listening corpus is the main way to solve the problem. The paper design the small Web corpus for university English listening teaching development based on the introduction of Web corpus, and this corpus has realized to the listening material retrieval, browsing, online listening watch and update functions.
