On the Employment Exclusion of Rural Migrant Workers

As the survivability of social and economic development, now migrant workers have become a key consideration object in the design of employment policy and its system. But the migrant workers are still under the employment exclusion in different forms, making its economic status, psychological feelings and welfare highly restricted. This paper analyzes the two exclusion phenomena (marketing access exclusion and payment exclusion) in the employment of migrant workers, and through careful investigation and analysis, finds that the main reason lies in the exclusive employment policy system, market failure, traditional social and cultural concept and the influence of migrant workers' personality, including personal quality. Finally, this paper points out that the way to eliminate the employment exclusion.
