摘要
Statistical methods are developed to model genetic transmission patterns for both alleles and haplotypes associated with polymorphic loci, emphasizing evaluation of various types of departures from Mendelian transmission. These models permit evaluations of transmission patterns which may have immediate clinical relevance, but may also provide insight into selective evolutionary processes.
