摘要
Color is everywhere in our lives, and its applications are very extensive. However, the innovations of color education are often ignored in this country. In Schools, color fundamentals are almost taught by traditional lectures, which do not provide any field experience that may facilitate students in perceiving the complexity of colors. This study intends to design an AR-based mobile game for learning color fundamentals that assumes could motivate students in gaining understanding on basic color principles in mixed-reality learn environment. An experiment will be done to examine the overall effects of purposed instructional mobile game. Three experimental groups will be formed. Each group will be assigned with one of three learning strategies (discovery, reception and, competition). Differences on learning achievements will be investigated among the three groups. The mobile game is currently under developmental process and the experiment is planned to perform shortly after the game is fully developed and pilot tested. The results of study could expand the use of mobile technologies across more diverse learning strategies, so as to provide an innovative solution for learning basic color principles.
