The time evolution of the spin fluctuation in a stripe phase of a superconductor is studied. In a laser field with proper field strength and frequency, the amplitude of the fluctuation may be very small in some time regions (time windows), and even smaller than the level of the vacuum fluctuation. The corresponding states are called the spin squeezed states. The conditions for achieving the spin squeezed states are given, and a possible detecting scheme is presented.
