摘要
Purpose - the main purpose of research paper is perfection of methods of estimation of competitiveness of the Kazakhstan enterprises of retail business. Methodology - the method or approach is an analysis of the special literature and questioning of customers. Originality/value - originality is conditioned by the new going of author near the estimation of competitiveness of enterprises of retail business. Findings - main focus and findings of the article is suggestion on the use of method of mystery shopping for the estimation of competitiveness of the Kazakhstan enterprises of retail business of procedures and development of recommendations on efficiency.
