The present situation and market demand of the large-scale construction project management is analyzed, synthesis integration methods is applied in large-scale construction project management. The construction project management will be propelled to a new level through information integration, process integration, stakeholder integration, and knowledge management integration. The integration frame of large-scale construction project integration management system will, be finally carried out, which has been applied into the construction Of Olympic engineering.
