摘要
Forming of economy's market model in Russia requires transition to the new quality of enterprise's management process with according to the world level of management and marketing development. Retrospective look at the reforms of national system of enterprise management during last four decades demonstrates their continuity toward the emergence of Russian school of strategic marketing. Strategic approach to market management gives real possibilities for overcoming of crisis situations for real enterprise and for accelerating of the process of the creation of civilized market in Russia.
