摘要
Graphene oxide (GO) is used as a support for binding with proteins. A GO-based wavelength modulation surface plasmon resonance biosensor shows high sensitivity and selectivity for detection of human immunoglobulin G (IgG). When IgG is coupled with gold nanorods (AuNRs), the size increase results in a refractive index change. Copyright © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
