Especially the reform of medical health system in China in recent years puts forward the new requirements for medical personnel, which not only made the doctor-patient relationship become increasingly strained, and more and more medical staff undertook more working pressure. However, the social support can reduce the working pressure of medical staff to some extent, improve the mental health of the medical staff, and has played a very important role in improving the quality of life of the medical staff. As for this, the authors adopt the method of investigation and research, from the viewpoint of social support, further analysed the relationship between the working pressure and professional commitment of the medical personnel, expected to be able to solve the problems, and further promote the improvement of the health care system in China.
