摘要：

ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)is a typical management technique which makes an overall planning and strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost its competency. BPR (business process reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process. It radically redesigns the current working process of the corporation to attain radical achievements in quality and service. This paper develops the definition, principles and the pith of BPR and ERP. Then the relationship of BPR and ERP is talked about. Finally on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese corporations get the conclusion that the interaction of BPR and ERP is the inexorable trend of the development of modern enterprise management.
