摘要:
We have measured resistivity, magnetoresistance, de Haas-van Alphen effect and magnetization of YbSn3 single crystal with the residual resistivity ratio of 260. We have found that YbSn3 is a semimetal and it becomes superconducting below 3.6 K with a critical field of 40 mT. The Fermi surfaces of YbSn3 are composed of several small pockets with the volumes of 0.08-4.4% of the Brillouin zone.
