摘要
In this article a real-time visual feedback system for strength self-training is proposed, with which users, especially beginners can understand comparison between exact motion and theirs. Using a camera-based motion capture and a normal LCD, the system does not require any additional devices to wear. Such the easy installation of the system benefits of the users who practice not only in a gym but also at his/her home. The performance and usefulness of the system are evaluated by a user test.
