Microwave Dielectric Behaviors of Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 Ceramics with 11SiO2-51P2O5-5Na2O-25ZnO-8Al2O3 Glass Addition of Oxides

摘要
The microwave dielectric properties of complex perovskite Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 ceramics with 11SiO(2-)51P(2)O(5-)5Na(2)O-25ZnO-8Al(2)O(3) (SPNZA) additions (1 and 4wt%) prepared through the solid-state route were investigated. A large decrease in the sintering temperature (near 150 degrees C) can be achieved by adding the SPNZA-glass to the Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 ceramics. At 1300 degrees C, Nd(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 ceramics with 1wt% of SPNZA-glass addition possesses a dielectric constant (E-r) of 27.2, a Q x f value of 40000GHz and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (T-f) of -53ppm/degrees C.
