Dielectric characteristics of La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O3 ceramics at microwave frequencies

摘要
The microwave dielectric properties of La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 ceramics, prepared by conventional solid state route, have been investigated. The dielectric constant values (epsilon(r)) saturated at 29.8-30. The Qxf values of 34000-67000 (at 10 GHz) can be obtained when the sintering temperatures are in the range of 1410-1470 degreesC. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency tau(f) was not sensitive to the sintering temperature. The epsilon(r). value of 30, QXf value of 67000 (at 10 GHz) and tau(f) value of -63.7 ppm/degreesC were obtained for La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 ceramics sintered at 1440 degreesC for 6 h. For applications of high selective microwave ceramic resonator, filter and antenna, La(Co1/2Ti1/2)O-3 is proposed as a suitable material candidate. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
