摘要
Especially in professions that require face to face relationships with clients, ethical behaviour is the most precious characteristic. During the university education process, there are enormous amounts of knowledge transmitted to the students during the lectures which are assumed to encourage students and future psychologists to act and give decisions ethically. Although ethical behaviour and also ethical decision making is the major goal of university education, the moral values which affect ethical decisions are more persistent because they start developing at early childhood. The researcher assumes that ethical decision making and ethical behaviours are affected by moral values. The research questionnaire distributed to psychology students upon web-based and the collected data analyzed whether the moral personality features affect the students' ethical decisions. In this research, socio-demographic variables also were assessed whether they affect ethical behaviour or not. As a result, the more the moral values accommodated to the personality the more ethical behaviour occurs as a product.
