摘要
The electromagnetic field deformation enlarges the range of manufacturing possibilities offered by classical cold deformation procedures. One of the main advantages of manufacturing by means of electromagnetic field bending is the highly precise control over the energy level required for the deformation to lake place. This involves a deep knowledge of the main parameters that are involved in the process, as well as of their influence upon the deformation degree. This paper establishes, based on experimental research, dependence relations between the diameter of the deformed part, the energy level charged in the condensers battery and the main variables that come up in the deformation procedure of cylindrical parts.
