摘要
This paper deals with the design, analysis and simulation of new power factor corrected multiple output switched mode power supply based on bridgeless buck-boost converter. Conventional SMPS with diode bridge rectifier depict power quality related indices for e.g. high distortion in input current, low power factor. In order to resolve this power quality related problem new bridgeless converter based SMPS is proposed. Comparing with conventional topologies this proposed topology reduces conduction losses and helps to improve the power quality. The performance evaluation of multiple output SMPS is done under steady state and varying input voltage. The performance of this SMPS is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink environment.
