摘要
In this paper, an outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous machine with an amorphous stator core (OR-PMSMASC) is designed and optimized, which is applied in the plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle (PPUAV) to spray liquid. The equations used to calculate the main parameters in the initial design are presented. The load cycle in the whole driving cycle of the PPUAV is studied and used to optimize the initial design. A multiobjective optimization procedure based on the load cycle is proposed. The performances between initial and optimal designs are compared based on the 2-D finite-element analysis method, and the results show that the optimization based on the load cycle can get a lower cost and high-efficiency design. Finally, a prototype of the OR-PMSMASC is manufactured and tested to validate the analysis results.
