摘要：
A new evaluation model is established in this paper to assess the maturity level of organization project management. The model realizes quantitative evaluation of project management maturity, which includes an evaluation index system and an integrated evaluation method. In order to reduce the deviation caused by the vagueness of the evaluation index and subjectivity of artificial judgement, the model adopts the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index and appraises the organization project management maturity with grey evaluation. The feasibility and reliability of the model are tested by a case study.
