摘要
In this paper it is considered that grain boundaries was controlled by coupled boundary diffusion and power-law creep mechanism. The Cocks-Ashby model for hole growth on grain boundary (GB) at high temperature creep is modified. Using method of fracture mechanics of large range yield, a hole-coalescence model was provided with considering the mesogeometrical and physical behavior of GB. And the critical time-coalescence and width of ligament were calculated.
