摘要：

Through analyzing connotation and characteristics of Agricultural Circular Economy, a scientific evaluating index system of agricultural circular economy is designed based on the four aspects of Henan Province's social, economic, resources and environment to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the development of Henan agricultural circular economy in 1990-2008 by principle component analysis. The results correspond with the facts and show that the level of Henan agricultural circular economy development is increasing steadily in recent years.
