摘要
This article firstly carried on the analysis of the production characteristic and the superiority of Chinese vegetables industry; and then calculated the revealed comparative advantage index, export occupancy index and revealed competitive advantage index of our country and the main vegetables exporting countries in the world. The results show that: China's vegetables industry occupies the dominant position in the vegetables production of the world, and has the obvious superiority in the aspects of natural resource, labor resources, price, output and so on; China's vegetables' RCA index ranks 4th among the world, and presents a decreasing tendency; Looking from the export occupancy, the international competitiveness of our country's vegetables is gradually strengthened; China's vegetables' TSC index is lower slightly than Mexico, but is still quite high as a whole, and lies between 0.6-0.8, which explains that China's vegetables have an evident competitive advantage.
