摘要
Eu3+-doped borotungstate La1-xEuxBWO6 (x=0.01-0.25) were synthesized by Pechini method. The red-emitting nano-phosphors were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscope and photoluminescence excitation and emission measurements. The optimal Eu3+ doping level of the phosphors was determined by the dependence of the red luminescence on the concentration. The abnormally high intensity of D-5(0)-> F-7(4) transition from Eu3+ ions was observed in La1-xEuxBWO6 (x=0.01-0.25). This nano-phosphor can be efficiently excited by near-ultraviolet and blue light to realize the far stronger red luminescence than the Y2O2S:Eu3+. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
