摘要：
The paper presents a method to monitor and detect fire hazards occurring during the operation of belt conveyors. The monitoring was based on new multi-detector sensors and a determined fire index. Additionally, two methods were used: the method based on physical characteristics of the development of a fire source and the fuzzy logic method. Finally, some examples were presented how to use fire indexes for the analysis of fire data acquired during tests and trials. (Multi-parameter fire monitoring in belt conveyors).
