摘要
This paper presents a motion controller for Brushless DC Motor without position sensor based on DSP (TMS320F2812). To abstract position signal of the rotor and then achieve the motor commutation, this controller adopts a terminal voltage zero-over detection method, according to the correspondence between the armature back EMF and the rotor position. This paper proposes a control formula in accordance with features of brushless DC motors content, also introduces the hardware component of the controller and the software implementation. Beyond that, it can achieve more convenient control of motor speed by the realization of communication with the host computer. What's more, the controller is with the extremely high control accuracy, which is beneficial for the motion control of brushless DC motor.
