We present a theoretical study of a bound bipolaron in a GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice (SL) in a high magnetic field. Using a variational approach and second-order perturbation theory, the influence of tunneling of the electrons into the adjacent wells, electron-electron (e-e) correlation, band non-parabolicity, and electron-phonon interaction on this system is described. Our numerical results are in good agreement with available experimental data.
